Support High School Voter Registration in Philadelphia

Friends,

We need your help today!

Urge the Philadelphia School District Board of Education to take action at their February 24 meeting to promote high school voter registration.

Only 15.2% of 18-year-olds in Philadelphia are registered to vote. Unless the Board of Education acts now, most schools in Philadelphia will not take effective steps to encourage graduating seniors to register to vote before they graduate at the end of the school year.

The most critical step leading to strong youth turnout in 2022 is increased voter registration. Registering high school seniors before they graduate is the best way to do that.

Let’s make sure Philadelphia high school seniors are asked to register to vote before they graduate.

When you fill out the form below, you will be given the opportunity to voice your support for this measure and share your views with school board members.

Thank you for participating in this campaign.
